POLITICA DE CAMBIOS.

PRODUCTOS NUEVOS SELLADOS:

Dada la naturaleza y objeto de nuestros productos, realizamos cambios sólo por defecto evidentes de fábrica. Dentro de los primeros 5 días después de hecha la compra.

Tu derecho a garantía lo puedes ejercer porque el producto salió malo, no porque no te gustó.

IMPORTANTE: Los Vinilos o LP USADOS no tienen derecho a devolución.

Sernac indica:

"Tu derecho a garantía lo puedes ejercer porque el producto salió malo o no cumplió con las características prometidas en la publicidad, no porque no te gustó o no te quedo la talla".

Los reclamos se aceptarán hasta 5 días corridos a partir de la recepción en el domicilio del producto solicitado. En este caso, el material debe ser devuelto para efectuar el cambio en su empaque original y sin haber sido utilizado.

De esta manera, no se aceptará la devolución de Cd’s, Dvd’s, Blu-Ray, Libros o Vídeos cuando el material devuelto se encuentre usado o con el envoltorio original abierto.

Cambios por defectos de fabricación.

En el caso de los Cd’s, Dvd’s, Blu-Ray y videos, cuando tengan defectos en el audio, imagen o contenidos con fallas.

PRODUCTOS SEGUNDA MANO

Nuestra tienda maneja un stock amplio, por lo que se hace lo posible por revisar cada uno de los productos. Sin embargo, es posible que estadísticamente salga a la venta un producto que no cumple con el estándar.

Los LP,CD, Cassettes segunda mano son calificados de acuerdo al Estándar internacional GOLDMINE STANDARD (Visitar blog de nuestra web para mas detalles) y cuya calificación se establece claramente en el detalle de cada producto publicado en la tienda web, indicando las siglas correspondientes (VG+, NM. Mint) en la descriptiva SOPORTE/CARATULA del producto.

Cada producto esta clasificado de acuerdo a su formato VINILO, CD (DISCO COMPACTO), CASSETTE, los que a su vez están consignados como EPOCA (generalmente usados y calificados Goldmine Standard) o NUEVOS SELLADOS.

Es de responsabilidad del comprador leer a conciencia la descriptiva del producto, puesto que se indica toda la información necesaria (Estado, Año y país de Edición, fotografías referenciales, estado, formato del producto, etc), es por ello que la consigna de la tienda indica “TODA LA INFO A UN SOLO CLICK”. NO SE REALIZAN CAMBIOS POR ERROR EN LA ELECCION DEL PRODUCTO.

Será posible un cambio:

Si el producto (SOPORTE) presenta defectos evidentes que impiden su reproducción: (Saltos, curvatura que impide reproducir, rayones audibles y ruido de fondo evidente que impide escuchar su contenido).

CLIENTES DE REGIONES:
Como existe un costo de envío asociado en caso de devolución, se evaluará en acuerdo con el cliente algún descuento, reembolso o crédito en tienda.

CLIENTES TEMUCO

En caso de productos defectuosos, se procederá al cambio o devolución, previo acuerdo entre las partes. En cualquier caso, se apela a la buena fe de las personas, si existe algún problema se solicita contactar directamente a través de los canales de comunicación de la tienda (WhatsApp, correo, teléfono) y no divulgar públicamente su descontento sin antes haber mediado para acordar una solución. Nuestro servicio está orientado a entregar una buena experiencia de compra.
